“Unforgettable Earthen Memories”

Location: Sahainan Permaculture Organic Farm, Thung Chang, Nan, Thailand
Join our eco farm and experience simple living with nature. Eat in food forest from coconut bowls and bamboo spoons. In fact, our earth oven activity is very often requested by our volunteers and students. We love making pizza with the materials we have, we love eating pizza, and we love having pizza party! We will share with you all our recipe how we made our oven and pizza, and of course, you can make your own! Are you ready?
What will you do here:
· Harvest pizza ingredients
· Prepare pizza dough, start fire in an earth oven, prepare pizza ingredients, and bake pizzas in earth oven (mud oven)
· Theory about how we make our tomato sauce and oven
· Cook with us or join any happening farm activities (optional)

6.30am prepare pizza dough
7.30am breakfast
8am harvest and prepare pizza ingredients
9am start fire in earth oven
10.00am-12pm bake and eat pizza

Energy exchange: 1700 Baht per person. Also Including 2 meals, and 1 night accommodation, round trip transportation from Thung Chang to our Farm.

If Sahainan Permaculture Organic Farm have to cancel the course, the paid fee will be fully refunded. In case a participant cancels his or her participation in the course, the fee cannot be refunded.
